Delete Your Account

Instructions for Mozista users

You can delete your Mozista account directly inside the app. The steps below match the current in-app flow.

1. Delete the account from the app

  1. Sign in to your Mozista account.
  2. Open the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to the Danger section.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Review the warning message.
  6. Tap Delete Account to confirm.

2. Important notes

  • Account deletion is intended to be permanent and cannot be undone from the app.
  • For security, the app may require a recent login before deletion can be completed.
  • If that happens, sign in again and repeat the deletion steps above.

3. What happens after deletion

Once the deletion flow succeeds, the account's sign-in access is removed and the app marks the related user profile as deleted.

Some information may still be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or record keeping, as permitted by applicable law.

4. If you cannot delete the account in the app

First, sign in again and retry the deletion flow from Profile > Delete account.

If you still cannot access the app or complete deletion, use the support channel provided inside the app or in the app listing associated with Mozista and include the account email or username involved.
