Emergency reporting
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement
immediately. In the United States, suspected online child sexual
exploitation can also be reported to the
NCMEC CyberTipline. If you are outside the United States, contact your relevant
local child protection or law-enforcement authority.
1. Zero-tolerance standard
Mozista
does not allow users to create, upload, post, request, promote,
organize, or distribute content or interactions that sexually
exploit, abuse, or endanger a child.
Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- Sharing, storing, requesting, or distributing CSAM.
- Grooming or attempting to build an inappropriate sexual relationship with a minor.
- Sexualization of a minor, including sexualized comments, roleplay, or imagery involving a child.
- Sextortion, coercion, blackmail, or threats involving a child's intimate images or sexual conduct.
- Trafficking, solicitation, or commercial sexual exploitation of a child.
- Using chats, profiles, usernames, groups, or off-platform links to target or endanger a child.
2. In-app reporting and user feedback
Users can report safety concerns from
the in-app Feedback screen in Mozista. Reports should include the relevant username, content,
conversation, date, and any supporting screenshots or context
available.
Reports that suggest a child may be at risk may be prioritized
for urgent review.
3. Review and enforcement
We review credible reports and other signals of abuse and may take
action based on the available information and applicable law.
- Remove or disable access to violating content.
- Restrict features, suspend messaging, or limit account visibility.
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in child endangerment.
- Preserve relevant records where appropriate for safety, legal, or investigative purposes.
4. CSAM handling
If
Mozista
obtains actual knowledge of apparent CSAM, we take appropriate
action in line with these standards and applicable law. Depending
on the circumstances, that may include immediate removal or access
blocking, account suspension, record preservation, and legally
required reporting.
Where required, confirmed reports may be made to the National
Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the
relevant regional authority.
5. Legal compliance and point of contact
Mozista
aims to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations,
including laws related to reporting child sexual exploitation
material when required.
Mozista maintains a designated child safety point of
contact in Google Play Console for notices from Google Play
related to CSAE or CSAM.
For user-submitted safety concerns, use
the in-app Feedback screen in Mozista.
